2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Lilia Fashion House reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
During sale periods, special pricing terms apply. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped nationwide within 9-12 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,000. Shipping charges for orders below ₹1,000 are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns and Exchanges
You have 10 days from the delivery date to return items. We offer credit notes valid for one year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Gift Cards and Credit Notes
Gift cards and credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit notes must be redeemed within one year of issuance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lilia Fashion House Design Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lilia Fashion House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
